As part of this overall growth initiative, Sears is seeking passionate, customer centric sales leaders to fill the position of Specialty Fitness Store Lead. A background in both retail and fitness environments is a must. This position will assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with coaching, training, scheduling and performance management of its fitness department and its associates.

Job RequirementsQualifications:• Retail experience, preferably in high end sales• 2-3 years of management experience• Strong knowledge of fitness industry, products and trends• Ability to demonstrate product features/benefits and communicate clearly to customers• Ability to train, lead and develop a team• Strong organizational skills• Computer literacy a must; familiarity with Microsoft Office SuiteEducation/Training:• High School graduate; College degree preferred• Personal Trainer Certification preferred
