Job Description Classification: Accounting Supervisor/Mgr/Dir Compensation: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year Manager OF REPORTING - PRIVATELY HELD ENTITY - $500MM+Our client, a dynamic and fast growing Equity backed entity, is looking for a strong Accounting professional to join their team. This Director of Reporting will report to the Corporate Controller and be responsible for the following:•Ensure that company financial statements are in accordance with US GAAP.•Consolidate all entities at a Corporate level and ensure that all appropriate eliminations and top side entries flow through appropriately.•Evaluate new accounting rules and regulations and ensure that company application is both timely and accurate.•Key liaison with outside auditors (Big 4)•Ensure that disclosures, footnotes, and MD&A section are accurate and appropriate•Experience with SEC Reporting a plus but as the entity is privately held currently is not mandatory •Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley and internal control framework a necessityMust have experience in companies with multiple entities and with revenues greater than $250MM.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, Strong preference to someone out of Public Accounting at the Senior or Manager level, Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CPA Eligible, Experience with consolidated reporting and software (HFM, Hyperion, Crystal, etc) is a plus, Posess the ability to interact directly with upper management and C-Level executives, and be interested in taking a company that is currently private to non-private status potentially in the future.Compensation - Base Salary of $90 - $120K with bonus of 20% and company benefitsFor immediate confidential consideration please send a copy of your resume to Jacob Shupe at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] or call 713-623-4700 x40565.Ask for your copy of our Salary Guide today - WHAT'S YOUR MARKET VALUE???
