Job Description Responsible for the effective management of multiple Wells Fargo locations with one line of business that provide products and services to a designated marketplace while meeting the profitability goals and objectives of Wells Fargo Bank. Job encompasses both Market Management and Human Resources Management. Must understand the complex relationships of the market area s customers, marketplace, competitors, and numbers. Develops and implements an effective sales and business strategy as well as the locations retail banking marketing and profitability plans. Works with staff to develop and implement individual goals and objectives against established goals and standards for improving the competitive position of the stores and locations. Manages the relationship with various partner business entities to ensure cross-sales along with managing service quality to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Serves as the sales manager and provides formal and informal sales training. Implements and maintains prescribed security controls while managing within the framework of Wells Fargo standards, policies, and procedures. Actively participates and represents Wells Fargo in various community, civic, and professional organizations. Typically responsible for deposits that range between $600-$800MM (updated 2006).
Job Requirements* Basic Qualifications:
5+ years financial services sales and management experience.

* Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to effectively manage managers. Strong knowledge of retail and/or business products and strategies. Successful experience in managing business units with multiple locations. Ability to strategically analyze data. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
