Job Description

As a Direct Care Professional in the Integrated Treatment Unit you will start your work day with a shift change meeting to prepare you for the shift ahead.  With the end of the School day at 3:30pm, you will accompany your assigned group of clients back to the unit where activity groups will be formed.  During the course of the afternoon and evening you will facilitate meetings, groups and activities, all the while modeling appropriate social skills, providing positive behavioral support, and continuously interacting with clients.

While the pace can be hectic some times, the environment is rewarding, as all staff members work as a team to promote the well being of the children and adolescents we serve.

2nd shift - 3-11pm, includes weekends.  Integrated Treatment Unit - adolescent boys with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.

Job Requirements

For consideration, you must have:

  •        a High School Diploma/GED
  •         at least one (1) year of related experience.
