Job Purpose Perform analysis of client requests, document business specifications, and develop work estimates and timelines for Financial Protection projects. Collaborate with project and production support teams and stakeholders to successfully develop and obtain approvals of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Test Plans. Accountable for evaluating and reporting on submitted change request and their impact on the overall project/business. Prepare acceptance test matrix and test criteria. Coordinate business area resources for validation and participate in testing. Report on testing progress to project team or key business stakeholders. May attend or facilitate work request meetings between IT and the business area to ensure priorities are managed effectively.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Strong communication skills. Capable of dealing effectively as a liaison between client and systems communities. Strong working knowledge of functions and workflow within Life Insurance organizations. Solid working knowledge of systems design process (SDLC), methodology, business process flow, and testing tools. Ability to work independently and serve as a resource on departmental projects and production support initiatives. Current with technological trends and advances.
