We are hiring for a Student Lending Repayment Representative. In this position you will;
1. Collecting on Student loans that have entered repayment and are between 1-120 days past due.
2. To effectively meet low delinquency goals while using a high degree of customer service and quality of work.
3. The representative will be responsible for identifying problems and resolving them with the use of collection tools and productive communication.
4. The representative will handle incoming and place outgoing calls.
5. The representative will be making call to student for pre call strategy prior to repayment.
6. The respresentative will also identify potential accounts, come up with probable solutions, and escalate any problems to management.Skills Required:
1. Prior collection experience preferred.
2. Prior student loan experience preferred.
3. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with a willingness to meet goals and to be creative.
4. Organization, time management and flexibility is required.
5. Spanish fluency a plus.Skills Desired:
This position is 30 to 39 hours (Flex-time) a week based upon volume of calls. M-F w/ rotating weekends.
