Job Summary
Heartland Rehabilitation is looking for a Per Diem Physical Therapist to work in our Anna, OH Honda location. Heartland Rehabilitation is part of the HCR Manor Care network. This Physical Therapist would be a Heartland Rehab employee, working at Honda of America in Anna, OH.
We have 3 separate clinics on site at Honda, a staff of 17 PT, PTA, Aides and LMT's. Access to a full line of weight training and cardio equipment, an Olympic size pool, whirpool, sauna, and basketball courts. We treat work related and non work related injuries. Experience with Functional Capacity Evaluations is helpful, but not required. This position would consist of working 2 weekdays for 4-5 hours each day completing evaluations, FCEs, and occasionally going into the plant for job coaching.

Physical Demands
Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting for extended periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Position Requirements:
ExperiencePrior experience in Physical Therapy preferred, but not necessary.
