Job Description An experienced Sales Manager with a background in Heavy Trucks is needed to join a well-established company in Pittsburgh. In this role, candidates will be responsible for hiring and training new staff along with changing and implementing budgets for the truck sales department. The new Manager for this role will be overlooking 10 plus staff across different locations and monitoring their productivity/efficiency. You will be responsible for conducting major sales promotions in accordance with dealership goals and objectives to drive in more business. Any training or education diplomas as well as a proven track record in the Trucking Industry will be considered the strongest asset for this role. We are ideally looking for someone that already has been part of this industry for 5-10 years in a similar role and brings with them a good attitude with lots of knowledge on the trucking industry.
