Job Description

Nemours is seeking a Site Support Analyst to join our team in Delaware.

To keep pace with the changing health care environment and build a healthier future for our children, Nemours has embarked on a multi-phase expansion to create a children’s hospital like no other in the region. Upon completion in June 2014, the hospital will include private patient rooms, a new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and a new expanded Emergency Department.  




This position is responsible for supporting all information systems' technologies.   It is also responsible for aligning the goals and objectives of the business with appropriate information systems solutions.  This position is a liaison between the Site Manager and the Desktop team as well as overseeing Ticket SLA guidelines are met.Essential Functions:1. Performs as a customer liaison in all IS related services and projects.2. Coordinates with Nemours IS teams on behalf of customers/end users on all above IS related services and projects.3. Use IS defined project management methodologies for all projects activities from the initiation phase through completion of the project; including creation of the Project Definition Document, Project Plan, Status Reporting.4. Determine the required personnel to complete projects and facilitate their activities in conjunction with the appropriate enterprise manager.5. Stay in contact with all external sites and visit such sites on a routine basis.6. Routine review and follow up on Desktop team tickets to ensure timely completion.7. Facilitate rounding with key customers.8. Work closely with Desktop team on projects, processes, and inventories.9. Serve as primary on call escalation contact during business hours for urgent issues.Non Essential Duties:1. Works with all areas of Information Systems and functional departments to improve processes.2. Attends meetings as required and participates in committees as needed.3. Assists other team members with projects and covers assignments when necessary.4. Builds relations with customers5. Provides off-hours support when necessary




Job RequirementsThis position requires a Bachelors degree; along with a minimum of 3 years of prior project management/IS experience preferrably in a health care setting.Qualifications: 1. Excellent communication and team building skills 2. Clear Analytical thinking3. Methodical problem solving4. Detail oriented5. Strong organizational skills6. Ability to prioritize and to handle situations in a calm and responsive manner.
