Job Description The cardiovascular technologist is a registered or eligible professional primarily specializing in the utilization of invasive cardio vascular procedures as necessary, and performs under the direct supervision of cardiologists and radiologists.

Job RequirementsEducation:

Graduate from an accredited school of cardiovascular technology with a degree or registry in an allied health field.

Experience:

Desirable at least two years experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
Must be proficient in performing all invasive cardiac cath procedures.

Licenses/Certificates:

Registered in RCIS or RT.
ACLS and BLS required.
