Job Description Volt Technical Resources is partnered with our client, one of the world's leaders in full service logistics. Due to growth, our client has an opening for an approximate 6 month temporary Sharepoint/ .Net Developer role.The Share Point / .Net developer will be responsible for the maintenance and creation of new and existing Share Point applications. This individual will also take ownership of analyzing and resolving problems that may occur within the Share Point environment. Additionally, the developer will assist with C# programming tasks assigned by I.T. management and supervised by the senior development team. Job RequirementsJob Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess knowledge and understanding of the interworking of a small to medium sized I.T. department. At least 5 years of hands on experience in Share Point & .NET web development is required. Individuals must be able to take direction from senior members and perform well in a team environment as well as on their own.A strong level of expertise must exist in the following areas: Microsoft Share Point - Must be able to develop Share Point forms, workflows and applications per project requirements and have a strong understanding of Share Point installations and configurations. .Net Development – Must currently be using AJAX, C#, ASP.NET, Dev. Express, and .Net 4.0 Framework within Visual Studio 2010 and be able to participate at all levels of development life cycle. Also, be able to bring knowledge of current development techniques and best practices to the current team. Technologies - Must have working knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, SQL Server 2008R2, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio 2010. Additional Skills – Knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012, Oracle, OTM, JDeveloper, SOA Suite and integration of disparate systems will be considered a definite plus.
