Job Description The world’s leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for an Administrative Security Officer.  As an Administrative Security Officer, you will ensure the correct and consistent administration of the G4S Service Agreement for a high profile client.  You will be responsible for compliance monitoring of contract specific items and will assure compliance with all Collective Bargaining Agreements, where applicable.

Role Responsibility:

  • Perform Labor Scheduling and Equalization of Hours as covered by our CBA; contract Access Control Systems and Best Lock and Key Systems.
  • Assure all Baseline hours are scheduled and worked.  Assist Security Chief in the approval of overtime scheduling to control security cost and overtime.
  • Inspect each Security post daily, checking for post housekeeping, Post Orders, Post Procedure Manual and necessary emergency call listings.  Assure all assigned fire and emergency equipment is inspected, documented, and maintained.
  • Establish good working relationship with customer management.
  • Monitor and maintain records of officers required for pre-assignment training, on-site training and annual training; conduct site specific training and track and provide status reports of officers training expiration dates.machines.

    • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
