Job Description

Volt Technical Resources is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for an assignment with Our Client in Seattle who will be comfortable with identifying and validating requirements, designing functional specifications, solutions and execution for the Oracle Manufacturing space for Oracle WMS. This BSA will be expected to provide support and troubleshooting, system and process enhancement and documentation and system maintenance.

Business Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Will act as the Manufacturing Functional Consultant under the leadership of Manufacturing.
  • Will understand existing solution and identify and track requirements and issues to ensure business required solutions and within the stipulated milestones for the projects and tasks.
  • Will develop recommendations and coordinate issue resolution with Manufacturing, IT and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Will document and communicate all designs, issues, process flows, resolution, test scripts while working closely with IT and Business teams.
  • Will work with designated IT Leads to develop, design and test Oracle Manufacturing specific solutions.
  • Will participate with IT Developers in testing for functionality, enhancements, configurations, fixes and implementations, in order to ensure functionality and user acceptance.

    Job Requirements

    Business Systems Analyst Requirements:

    • 4-5 years of experience with Oracle Manufacturing.
    • Experience with Oracle Outside processing.
    • Knowledge and work experience with key tables used in Oracle MFG.
    • Experience and knowledgeable in peripheral modules such as receiving and shipping.
    Education Requirement:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
