Job Description Responsibilities: A Kforce client in Tampa, Florida (FL) is looking for a Senior Manger of SEC Reporting. The qualified candidate will have public accounting experience, coupled with recent industry experience. Must have experience preparing and coordinating all periodic, quarterly and annual reporting of SEC filings, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and filing submission readiness.

Job RequirementsSpecific Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
A CPA is required
Must have relevant experience with a publicly traded company in a similar SEC reporting role
4+ years of Big 4 auditing experience prior to current industry experience
