Job Description  GREO Construction and Facilities Sourcing Project Manager (CFSPM)   The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination of assigned GREO / Sourcing strategic projects.  The Project Manager will partner with leadership to identify and achieve project objectives. This position will provide project and administrative support to the GREO and Sourcing team and will compose and distribute communications related to GREO and Sourcing projects within the department and with other departments. Define and execute change management plans relative to strategic initiatives. Review reports and follow-up on correspondence. Obtain responses from department managers/supervisors. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assesses project risk factors and develops alternatives to mitigate or eliminate the risk
  • Document issues and resolution action plans
  • Assign and track assignments of core team members
  • Update the project status and distribute to all core team members
  • Coordinate project meeting set-ups
  • Work with Finance to ensure proper initial planning documents are completed and assist with monthly project and GREO compliance to budget and forecasting needs
  • Track budgets and ensure time book tracking set up and reporting
  • Coordinate Sourcing technical interface between GREO and sourcing as it relates to RFI and RFP’s for the respective teams
  • Attend meeting and white board sessions on behalf of GREO with Sourcing team
  • Complete and track GREO sourcing calendar for all facilities globally
  • Coordinate and manage GREO and Sourcing projects
  • Coordinate and manage GREO capital projects together with the associated reporting
  • Coordinate and manage GREO regional and site specific projects
  • Coordinate and manage GREO strategic projects for delivery in 2013 and 2014
  • Job Specifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of project management techniques – CPM is a plus
  • 1+ years of project coordination experience
  • Knowledge of Procurement and Sourcing activities
  • Knowledge of construction process and execution
  • Knowledge of facilities process and execution
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with various levels within an organization.
  • Strong team player.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
