Job Description Job Classification: Contract Banker Licensing Specialist - Assist the Mortgage Bankers in obtaining new loan originator licenses and renew existing licenses. To do so, you will communicate directly with the Mortgage Bankers, gathering the required documentation, prepare and submit the license applications electronically and by mail to the various states - You will communicate directly with the state licensing departments to facilitate the licensing process including the resolution of any licensing issues - Work with various vendors to schedule Mortgage Banker education courses and exams and follow-up for completion and reporting - Maintain and update our Banker Licensing databases - Prioritize and complete licensing tasks by state imposed licensing deadlines - Complying with various state and federal licensing requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Excellent communication and organizational skills - The ability to prioritize, manage and meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines - High sense of urgency and attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team - Work effectively and efficiently with individuals throughout the company - Maintain highly confidential information - Computer skills, Excel and Word Join Aerotek Professional Services®.
