Job Description

As Superintendent you will be responsible for coordinating all site construction activities and supervise personnel and sub-contractors. You will assist in the organizing, planning and scheduling of the work.

Qualifications and Requirements

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.

Direct all field personnel and sub-contractors to assure completion of the project that it is on schedule, within budget, with a high quality of workmanship.

Prepare and maintain construction work schedules.

Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary

throughout the process.

Promote and ensure job site safety.

Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.
