Summary: Prominent Construction company is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to support the Client Development Department of a 500+ million Commercial GC in South Carolina.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for activities such as budgeting, value engineering, precon schedules, proc the remnant plan, definition of bid package scopes and presentation of estimates/proposals Support client development in building relationships with key stakeholders including; owners, developers, project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors etc. Participation in design and coordination meetings

Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of building construction methods, planning, materials, systems and market conditions Excellent communication both verbal and writing Ability to work cross-functionally with team members and with key stakeholders
