Classification: Operations Manager/Director/VP Compensation: DOE Our Englewood based client is seeking a IT Business Operations Manager. This new role will support implementation and manage the IT Workforce Operations team to deliver workforce-related programs, processes and tools for the IT group. Specifically, the position will manage daily business operations for the IT workforce operations functions: >IT Leadership and Employee Internal Communications >IT Workforce Analytics (Position Control and Reporting) >IT Policy and Internal Controls >Enterprise IT Learning & Development Program ManagementAdditionally you will manage and coordinate activities that support IT workforce optimization and MAP&D (mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and divestitures).
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree required; Operations Management, Human Resources Management or Communications focus preferred.7+ years business operations management experience including 3+ years in a management and supervisory role in a largeorganization. Operations management experience must include: >Experience managing, or acting as core function business partner to,an Information Technology function >Experience managing labor budgets and applied knowledge ofposition control processes, developing and managing internal controls, and reporting for managing business operations >Experience with adult learning facilitation, developingeducational presentations/materials and developing messages forlarge scale and targeted communications (preferably for audiencesof IT professionals).The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of IT service delivery and experience implementing and managing processes, programs and tools to support business objectives and strategies.Experience with workforce analytics in a healthcare environment preferred.
