Job Description Classification:  Accounts Receivable Clerk Compensation:  $11.09 to $12.84 per hour Accountemps has an exciting Accounts Receivable opportunity for a growing company in the Greensburg area on a temporary possible temporary to full time basis for the right individual. The accounts receivable specialist is responsible for entering proof of delivery for all invoices, printing and accumulation of all accounts receivable reports, attaching appropriate supporting documentation for all invoices, contacting customers to resolve or filter any issues related to billing and collections, determining and applying appropriate credit limits on customers when needed, and reviewing all status inquires for over, short or damaged claims for charge backs. Success will depend on the ability to work in a fast pace environment, self manage and effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management. A strong working knowledge in Microsoft Suite products is a must and experience with a large ERP system is preferred, but not a necessity.
