Classification: Secretary/Admin Asst - Junior Compensation: $8.00 to $9.00 per hour Honolulu Company is seeking a temporary-to-full-time Entry-Level Administrative Assistant. Duties include answering phones, screening and routing calls, data entry of inventory, filing and other general clerical tasks as needed. May also include making outbound collection calls. Requires 1 year+ recent administrative experience, organizational skills, team player, good initiative and able to work independently, intermediate Microsoft Word and basic Excel. QuickBooks and inventory experience preferred.
