Job Description Job Classification: Contract TEKsystems is currently hiring a desktop support technician for a 1 year+ contract LOCATED IN Granger Wyoming. This contact will be supporting a large client on a national level as well as locally at the Granger Wyoming site. The Help Desk Analyst will monitor and troubleshoot systems alerts. They will initiate and receive calls to and from internal customer, vendors, or other internal IT areas to resolve incidents. This resource will research and investigate reported incidents. Responsible for documenting reported issues, troubleshooting steps and action taken. Follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks and solve routine/non-routine problems. Meet the individual customer call volume and quality expectancy. Facilitate technical requirements for conference meetings. Skills Required -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP PC software, Microsoft Office, Printer Management -6+ months experience required -Basic Active Directory knowledge as well as familiarity with LAN, WAN and Internet functions is required -Working experience with backup solutions -Demonstrate strong customer service by outstanding communication skills with all levels of company personnel and a professional attitude -Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure while dealing with difficult situations and occasional demanding customers is essential Join TEKsystems® and get your career on the fast track.
