Job Description Classification: Accounting Clerk

Compensation: $11.00 to $12.00 per hour

Greater Portland Organization is searching for an Accounting Clerk. As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for bank reconciliations, data entry of payroll and assisting the Accounting Manager with special projects as needed. Candidates applying to this Accounting Clerk Role should have strong data entry skills, work independently in a fast paced business environment, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks. This is a full time temporary to potentially permanent position paying up to $12.00 an hour.

Job RequirementsIntermediate Bank Reconciliations, Intermediate Data Entry Numeric, Basic Benefits - Payroll, Basic MAS 90, Intermediate QuickBooks, Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
