Job Description Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This would include: lead project planning and implementation; facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables; define project team, assign tasks and resource requirements; develop project plan and schedule; monitor and report progress, timelines and results.
Experience/Skills Required: Demonstrated a minimum of 2 years multi-functional experience with progressively increasing responsibility in Project or Program Management. Broad knowledge of technical process and activites involved in manufacturing. Specific knowledge/experience with contract administration, planning and scheduling. Above average communication skills, written, oral and for presentation purposes.
Education/Training Required: Bachelors degree, plus 2 years related experience. Certification in Project Management and MBA preferred
Equipment Needed (i.e. Computer, Software): Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and Project. Experience with Oracle or other MRP helpful
