Job Description Immediate need for Credit/Collection Manager for large, busy office in Jackson, TN. Will be responsible for managing a team of debt collectors. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in a team lead, supervisor, or manager role. Will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound collection calls from various clients with an heavy emphasis on sales. Must be sales oriented, driven, and motivated to exceed goals! Manager will be responsible for developing and leading collections team in fast-paced environment with heavy call volume.
