Position: Senior Level Help Desk TechnicianSalary: Up to $35K (Contract position for 3-6 months)Location: North DenverWe are currently looking for a Senior Level Help Desk Technician, in the North Denver area!Candidates will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. Candidates will have at least 4-5 years experience supporting a busy help desk, and the a strong understanding of the following: • Screening, diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.• Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software.• Providing end-user software troubleshooting and support.• Applying advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigating causes, and recommending solutions.• Providing troubleshooting and support.• Participating in the administration of e-mail systems.We are looking for dynamic, creative problem solvers, who have a background in solving issues in an unknown environment, with a healthy knowledge/comfort of documentation.
