As an Assistant Program Manager your responsibilities will include supervising staff, running shifts, assisting the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit, attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. You will have opportunities to interact directly with clients as well as staff.
A typical shift would be 4 10 hour days, 1pm - 11pm.
