Compensation:  $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Our client is seeking a Loan Closer with former Loan or Title Closing experience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. In this position the candidate will be working directly with closing agents and preparing all loan documents as needed for closing, funding and disbursing. This is a short-term, temporary, 1st shift opportunity. Responsibilities and Requirements for a Loan Closer include:•Previous Loan Closing/Title Closing experience •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail•Ability to close loans in compliance with company standards•Reviewing title work•Excellent Interpersonal Communications skills•Microsoft Office Suite experiencePrime candidates for this role are achievement oriented with great communication and are comfortable with the loan closing process. Hours for the Loan Closer position are 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
