Job Description Jawood is seeking a Project Manager for an onsite assignment in Jacksonville, FL.


This position will manage project work for Guidewire PolicyCenter development with a primary focus on the Underwriting workflow (Guidewire PolicyCenter), and the identification of triggers to engage variety of integration points that will include documents & forms (Thunderhead), document storage (Alfreasco), document intake (Ephesoft), rating (Insbridge) to name a few . The Project Manager is to ensure the project work across the multiple teams are aligned, coordinated for requirements, development, testing for product owner acceptance and for end user demonstrations. Daily communications are necessary with diverse business units.

Perform Project Manager role across multiple technology teams, including business subject matter experts, working within Agile methodology. Project Manager is expected to work within existing integrated program governance structure producing weekly status reports, identify and monitoring issues and risks for the program. The Project Manager will also ensure development activity includes participation for various members of the Organizational Change Management team to ensure the activities to identify and product future work flows and processes are incorporated with each development and stabilization sprints.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Proven and experienced Project Management on medium to large (COTS) project implementations
• Formal Project Management training
• Property & Causality Insurance Experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• PMP Certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Agile project experience
• Project Management experience including in Property & Casualty Insurance system implementation
• Guidewire implementation experience
• Rally Agile PM tool experience
