Our Performing Servicing Team: Focuses on the customer and strives for operational excellence in servicing mortgage loans and home equity products for our customers.Responsible for identifying business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and projects for a department or functional area. Performs complex analysis of findings and trends using statistical and/or financial analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis etc ; recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce expense, and maximize operational efficiency. Identifies business requirements and analytical needs; identifies and recommends potential data sources; compiles and mines data from multiple, cross business sources. Responds to requests for specific, customized reports and ad hoc analyses. Ensures adherence to data management regulations and policies.Specifically this person will support the Customer Specialty Services business unit by taking ownership of the monthly incentive process from setting goals to monitoring and processing the monthly incentive compensation. This includes identifying, streamlining, and enhancing the goal setting process through analytics and reporting, conducting the monthly payout upload accurately, and leading weekly status meeting discussions. The ideal candidate will be able to partner with the Customer Specialty Services business leaders to identify business requirements for complex analysis, which will identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvements to business performance and process. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage the analysis to gain management buy-in and approval and then execute support activities to guide recommendations into action. Additionally, this position will also provide accurate executive level performance deliverables and publications that represent key operations performance and reflect organized input and commentary about the current state of the business.
Job Requirements
* Basic Qualifications: 4+ years reporting and analytical experience or a minimum of a Bachelors degree in programs such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics or computer sciences with 2+ years directly applicable work experience.* Minimum Qualifications:
