Job Description Summary:Sorts scrap metal or plastic according to grade and size by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Removes metal/plastic from sorting table, hand-truck, or conveyor and stacks in piles or places in rack or on conveyor, according to grade of the metal/plastic.Gauges types of metal/plastic by sight on sorting table.Keeps work area clean.Other duties may be assigned.
