**Note: Positions Location are in Hartford, CT & St. Paul, MN**Summary:Leads resources to design, develop, maintain, and implement moderately complex system(s) project(s). Lead will work closely with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Test Team (SIT) managers to provide UAT support when proposed solutions or changes are complex and/or tightly coupled that have a direct impact on the End User. In addition to the UAT and SIT manager the lead will partner with external business customers, Application Development, Business Analysts, Business Implementation lead and the Project Management Office communities Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Acts as a team leader within a development or operations maintenance organization to assist management in accomplishing unit objectives. Provides assignments to one or more team members and provides performance feedback to team members. Provides development recommendations and develops a partnership with the business department. Responsible for the scoping of changes that qualify for UAT including estimating the change and determining the level of involvement from the End Users.Oversees UAT best practices including test strategy, execution, metrics and defect triage meetings. - Documents any risks proactively on the UAT frontCoordination and communication with the FRC and Training organization Determine Skill sets required and work with Business Implementation lead to engage appropriate End Users to execute UAT tasks Qualifications:BI Business ExperienceStrong test methodology/process knowledge a mustQuality Center Experience4-6 year¿s minimum QA experienceCollege Degree desiredProperty/Casualty Experience desiredOther :Technical Knowledge:Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of application languages and structured analysis methodologies.
