Job Description The Part Time Staff Accountant, based in our Columbus Office, will handle general accounting, bookkeeping and tax duties for assigned clients. This position will include working both in the McGladrey office and at client sites. You will also have significant client interaction.

 

Description: 

- Knowledge/experience with financial statement preparation and account analysis

- Extensive QuickBooks & Peachtree knowledge

- Hands-on experience including troubleshooting,

- Experience with tax return preparation,

- Accounting assistance and analysis,

- Able to present firm in positive light to potential referral sources and extensive client interactions

 

Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in public accounting

- Bachelor's degree a plus

- Strong communication skills
