Compensation:  $12.36 to $17.89 per hour

Local in-home health care provider is looking for a Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position is very similar to a Medical Biller. As a medical accounts receivable specialist you will be responsible for; tracking aged accounts and payment status, submitting appeals, applying funds and communicating with the medical billing departments different trends seen from insurance rejections. These claims are with insurance organizations not private payers. This is a temporary to full time position.
Job RequirementsIndividuals with medical billing, coding or a medical collections experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with a combination of education and/or experience in the medical field should also posses strong Microsoft Excel and medical terminology abilities.
