Job Description The Analytics Consultant 4 within Loss Mitigation is responsible for highly complex client/partner assignments to identify and define strategic business issues that require analyses and translates this information into insight, knowledge and understanding of the business and the industry. Identifies and recommends internal and external data sources; Creates and compiles data from multiple, cross business sources; Recommends and participates in the development of complex analysis designs using statistical and/or financial analysis, predictive modeling, process documentation, comparative analysis, etc.; Interprets results and recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency/quality, etc. Ensures adherence to data management regulations and policies. Leads project/virtual teams and mentors lower level staff. Directly manage 1-2 team members. Presents results of analyses and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements* Basic Qualifications:
8+ years reporting and analytical experience or a minimum of a Masters degree in programs such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics or computer sciences with 4+ years directly applicable work experience.
