We are recruiting for a Director of Billing and  for the Longmont, CO area.  This person will be responsible for the Accurate and Timely Processing of Client Census and Billing for All Longmont Managed sites. Responsible for providing Leadership to Census, Billing, and Customer Service Members.

Essential Functions:

  • Timely Processing of Census Documents Manually Received and Electronic Data
  • Ensure that Audits are performed accurately and timely
  • Accurate Billing of Clients based on Contractual Terms
  • Interact with Internal and External Clients to ensure all expectations are met within set timeframes
  • Provide Leadership and guidance to Management Team and Associate Team Members
  • Ensure that information is communicated timely and accurately to Team Members and Field as it relates to issues that affect the handling of Client Accounts as a result of Census, Billing, or Customer Service interactions
  • Performs other tasks as assigned
  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Management of Accounting
  • 10 years in Admissions acquired vis/ Hospital or Facility location of Field Accounting LTC
  • LTC Experience/ Claims Processing/ M'Caid/ M'Care/Managed Care/ Billing/Private Pay/ Census
  • Store Management / Organizational Skill Sets / Exemplary Time Management Skills a Must
