Devereux Cleo Wallace, Colorado's premier psychiatric residential treatment facility for children and adolescents, is seeking a Residential Unit Supervisor for our Westminster campus.
As the Unit Supervisor you will be responsible for the oversight of daily operations of a residential unit for adolescents with psychiatric disorders. Job duties include, but are not limited to: supervision of direct care staff, coordinating the establishment and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, planning and implementing of program activities and managing behaviors. Serves as a role model, mentor leader, and/or trainer to unit staff, maintains unit compliance with state and agency regulations, supporting children with psychiatric disorders, ensuring documentation of all program reporting requirements, assist in emergency crisis interventions, and performance management of direct care staff.
This position works five days per week including a combination of day time, evening, and weekend hours.
