We are recruiting for a Vice President of Customer Service for our corporate office in Louisville, KY.  Vice President Customer Services, the customer services department provides a variety of products/ services including, IV Nursing Services, Customer Services Center, Cost Containment Services, Health Care Products, Implementation for services and Technology and Customer Field Services. The primary objective is to provide leadership and direction to the development and execution for each functional area.   Interface with other departments to create a unified management team, open communications and to insure quality service delivery, where applicable revenue growth.   Provide motivation and coaching to all staff, periodic evaluations and hiring as required.  

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, monitor and adjust the budget for all areas of direct responsibility
  • Direct, monitor and encourage the performance of individual management team members and their departments. Provide the necessary coordination between reporting departments and the organization.
  • Assist in continuously improving programs, policies, services, and processes for each department, including cost cutting measures and manpower planning for efficient and effective service to all customers. Proactively identify areas to improve/enhance service, systems and communications.
  • Strategic and long term planning for all areas of responsibility. Ascertain annual goals and objectives (STI) for direct reports- monitors and assists in attaining goals.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in a related discipline 
  • Five to ten years in managed care/Long Term Care. Five to Ten years management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams, proven record of successful actions taken in resolution of management or procedural problems. Must possess strong leadership and coaching skills.
