Job Description Responsibilities: Our client, a leading employer in the Saint Louis, Missouri (MO) market is looking to identify 4 Business Analyst's to assist with overflow and implementation projects in support of several major Enterprise level initiatives.Contract Length:-Multi -year positions that can convert to full timeResponsibilities:

Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring

Creating requirements plan to feed into project plan

Identifying and documenting requirements risks

Reporting on requirements progress as input to project status report

Creating project plan

Identifying project risks

Facilitating requirements gathering workshop

Walkthroughs and sign-offs of requirements package

Preparing and conducting requirements presentation for senior executives

Providing weekly project status reports

Conducting design walkthroughs

Determining business objectives

Creating business architecture

Creating Project Charter (not required, but it would be a plus)

Functional requirements

Non-functional requirements

User requirements

Creating service level agreements

Creating and documenting design solution

Reviewing design document and ensuring requirements are met

User acceptance testing

Reviewing defects and working with client to determine: Priority of fix, Manual work around

Creating design document

Creating test strategy, test plan or test cases

Executing testing

Job RequirementsThe successful Business Analyst will also meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):

Business analysis experience - 5 years as a Business Analyst
Experience in all phases of SDLC and working within development teams including project planning, estimating, and application architecture, programming and testing
Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies including MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, VB, Access, SQL, Project Server and Reporting Services
Demonstrated statistical analysis experience to support process improvement recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service attitude and focus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to run small project efforts if needed
Must negotiate timeframes, commitments, and deliverables
Mature analytic problem solving skills
Work well with teams or in team environments
Strong organization and documentation skills
Capable of implementing creative solutions
Ability to work with and influence peers, project teams and management

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
MS technology certification desired (MCP, MCAD, MCSD)
