Job Description Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a Senior Manual QA Analyst for their Addison, Texas (TX) location.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Learn and understand project-specific objectives as well as overall QA deliverables for the project

Work with the QA Offshore Lead, other QA members and Business team to establish an approved test approach/test plan

Create, execute, and analyze the results of manual test cases with iterative development schedules

Collect and report testing results to the QA Offshore Lead & stakeholders on a regular basis

Identify and monitor defects so that they are addressed in a timely manner and adhere to the defect tracking process/standards of the Quality Management team

Review identified system defects and ensures they are adequately retested when fixed

Contribute in post-implementation and production support as required

Job RequirementsRequirements Experience and Education:

Minimum 2-4 years testing experience with web-based applications and backend processes
Agile testing experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience
Fluent with data warehouse and analytical reporting structures and techniques
Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 or higher

Skills and Abilities:

Well-rounded testing experience with system testing, integration testing and regression testing in a Web application environment
Ability to read and comprehend system process flows and business component diagrams, to then be used in designing test approach
Ability to plan testing activities and/or follow through and complete tasks with little supervision
Understanding of and ability to create intermediate-level SQL queries
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in the implementation of project specifications and design requirements
Comfortable in a fast-paced and cutting edge software development environment
