Job Description Job Responsibilities:This position reports to the Staffing Manager for the Network & Mission Systems Sector and is responsible for meeting the hiring / staffing needs for strategic positions for large-scale commercial wireless civil construction projects. This candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to develop and implement an effective staffing plan. Ability to work in a flexible, evolving organizational structure, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinates initiatives. Initiative, creativity, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective communication and writing skills, including ability to mediate sensitive areas and resolve conflict.Position ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Develop specific plans for identification and recruiting of employees.Investigates, plans, schedules, coordinates, and attends conferences, job/career fairs, Festivals, etc. with appropriate staff to generate a source of qualified applicants. Coordinates recruiting requirements with outside sources such as job posting web sites or other sources as required.Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with hiring manager and their support organizations. Work closely with the hiring manager to identify and source qualified applicants for open positions. Pre-screens and interviews candidates as required.Participate with the hiring team to make employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes.Maintain requisitions in internal applicant tracking system, prescreen and submit qualified candidates through automated systems to the respective hiring/approving manager(s). Maintain and input resume information into internal automated applicant tracking system when necessary. Runs queries of automated system, tracks and provides information to management as requested. Submits offers for approval through automated systems, monitoring the approval cycle. Required Education:Requires BS/BA degree. Required Work Experience:Minimum of five or more years in recruiting in the commercial wireless telecommunications industry with extensive knowledge of ResumeWare, or a related applicant tracking system and all tech boardsSome travel is required for in-market interviewsStrong rolodex of wireless resources� Requires BS/BA degree� Significant experience in recruiting in high volume, fast paced commercial wireless environment� Strong communications and partnering skills dealing with diverse organizations including engineering, finance, operations, business development� Advanced MSOffice skills a plus
