Job Description Classification:  Project Leader/Manager Compensation:  $42.75 to $49.50 per hour Robert Half Management Resources in St. Louis, MO, has multiple opportunities for experienced Project Managers with a public company in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area. Primary responsibilities include:Responsible for providing program and project management over a portfolio of strategic initiatives projects for a given work stream. These projects are in support of global corporate initiatives such as integration of new acquisitions and are highly complex nature. Acts as a single point of contact for facilitating resolution to cross functional operational issues for a given operational work stream. Consolidates overall portfolio progress of a collection of projects from original concept through final implementation. Works with work stream team members to ensure proper requirements are defined. Develops milestone plans that align to overall strategic initiatives plans. Sets work stream schedule, estimates project resource plans, and maintains status reports for all business resources and end users. Responsible for ensuring the portfolio of projects deliver the business operational needs and requirements. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables from a business standpoint. Helps to identify, analyze, and track issues and solutions to problems. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, four to six years consulting experience preferred.
