Job Description Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Detroit, Michigan (MI) location. This is a first shift position. The hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for manual labor activities such as lifting, packing and filing
  • Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries
  • Records details about customer inquiries
  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
  • Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
  • Job RequirementsThe successful Customer Service Representative applicant will possess the following requirements (required unless noted otherwise):
    • 6 months to 18 months experience
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs
    • Candidate must be able to work in a restricted cash environment
