Job Description Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Detroit, Michigan (MI) location. This is a first shift position. The hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.Responsibilities:

Responsible for manual labor activities such as lifting, packing and filing

Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries

Records details about customer inquiries

Helps resolve complicated customer complaints

Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution

Job RequirementsThe successful Customer Service Representative applicant will possess the following requirements (required unless noted otherwise):

6 months to 18 months experience
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Candidate must be able to work in a restricted cash environment
