Job Description Sodexo USA has a unique opportunity available for a local museum. Ideal candidates will have five to seven years of Housekeeping and floor care supervisory experience in a dynamic environment with background in entertainment service business a plus (arts, theatre, public venues, etc.). Duties include handling client relations, directing, coordinating, and supervising housekeeping staff, and following up to meet Company and Client deadlines. Duties include assisting with processing invoices, payroll, developing schedules, training, and inventory management. Candidates must possess strong customer service and communication skills and have a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Team building skills are required as is an ability to think pro-actively to anticipate needs of client and facility in a very dynamic environment. Experience in sustainability initiatives (green chemicals & recycling) is a plus. Seeking Bi-lingual candidates and the ability to communicate in Spanish would assist in managing the workforce. Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
