Year 1 - Learn the organization
Year 2 - Lead the Internal Audit team
Year 3 - Leave the Internal Audit team & take a position within the business

If you speak Mandarin and English fluently, I need to speak with you for this role. I am looking for someone who is coming directly out of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) with 1 to 5 years of experience. You need to be excited about international travel because you will be flying to international destinations during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of each month between Jan and Apr. You also need to be willing to relocate outside of the Milwaukee area after your 2 year stint in Internal Audit.
