Job Description Classification: Financial Analyst-Manager Compensation: $80,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year Exciting opportunity to combine your analytical, management and client facing skills! Our Des Moines based client has an immediate opportunity for someone to lead a team of 9 in providing valuable analysis and consulting expertise to the Sales team. This team will perform heavy data extraction, manipulation and analysis to provide to the Sales force to use in client meetings. Part of the team will then sit in on client meetings with the sales force to explain the analytics to the clients. In this role you will not only manage the team but you will also be sitting in on high profile meetings, providing analysis explanation as well.In order to be considered for this position, you must have a BA in Finance or Accounting, 8+ years related experience (some of which must include client facing experience), demonstrated leadership skills and a strong analytical understanding.
