Job Description Classification:  Customer Service

Compensation:  $14.00 to $15.00 per hour

OfficeTeam is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Nation Wide Company. Position will include but not limit to the following duties. Dealing directly with customers by telephone or written communication. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Manage customer accounts and follow up with customer interactions. Must have two years of Customer Service experience, two years of college in a business related degree. Experience in data entry and electronic file handling is preferred.
