Job Description Classification:  Administrative - Medical Compensation:  $13.00 to $13.00 per hour OfficeTeam Healthcare is seeking experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives that have worked in a in call center making outbound calls. Must be able to converse and understand Spanish fluently. Duties will include making calls to their clients and filling in survey information. The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives must be able to complete seventy files a day and sit for long periods of time. The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives will be updating the database constantly and working on multiple systems simultaneously. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, have accurate data entry skills at 8000 plus keystrokes, current Microsoft Word skills and Microsoft Excel skills at an intermediate level. This is a professional environment. Must have present call center experience of two plus years at a minimum. Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
