Supports the Company vision through ownership and accountability for the visual merchandise presentation in assigned store.

Maintains solid partnership with Store Management and drives the visual team to execute their job duties by creating a fun, challenging and rewarding culture.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

2-5 years of Retail Management experience

2+ years of visual merchandising experience

Must have experience in mannequin styling

Knowledge of colors, patterns, and textures

Ability to follow and execute corporate visual merchandising standards

Knowledge of latest fashion trends and forecasting trends

Must work accordingly to FOREVER21 visual guidelines, in order to generate sales and provide shopping ease for customers

Create window and merchandise displays within FOREVER21 guidelines

Oversee in-store Visual Merchandising Team

Ability to recruit and interview for in store Merchandisers

Must be able to lead a team of 10-15 people

Must have experience working in a big box environment with high volume sales to apply
