Responsible for quotation of Schneider Electric Services products and Medium Voltage Distribution Products. Coordinates bid strategy with outside sales representatives and Services management. Interprets customer requirements and offers solutions that maximize profitability and add value for the customer. Involved in order handoff process as needed to ensure proper order conversion. Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard. Follows up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness. Incorporates use of technological capabilities to improve processes and efficiency. Assists outside sales representatives in the preparation of customer presentations related to the quote, including comments on exceptions and built in value.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred candidate will have knowledge of electrical distribution products. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with good time management, verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively utilize company software programs/collaborative tools, use Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and have the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.Schneider Electric is an equal opportunity employer.
